RETURN ON PLANTS AND POTS

We love all our plants and want you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen. As with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape. Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are happen despite our efforts. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email plantsandpapersonline@hotmail.com and include your order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible, and we'll handle the rest for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
Not re planted in a new pot. 
No cutting taken from the plant.
The roots of the plant not disturbed. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages.

If you are looking to return your pot, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Email us Plantsandpapers@hotmail.com or message our Instagram page @Plantsandpapers with your order number and let us know you’re returning the item / what postage service is used also and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out.

online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to

the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All

SECTION 21 - RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Flowers and Plants can only be returned if found to be
faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Due to the perishable nature of many products you are
advised to make any complaint within 2 working days of the delivery date of
your products.

Changes to your order along with cancellations are possible
up to 24h before delivery, although at peak periods we process orders up to 2
days in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes if the goods
